2. Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products All jerseys are custom-made to order. Each piece is individually produced before shipment. Product colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person or jurisdiction at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to verify.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Order Confirmation & Processing Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins immediately and the order cannot be modified or cancelled for any reason. As all items are custom-made to order, cancellations are not accepted after payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders suspected of fraud and notify the customer accordingly.

6. Shipping We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defects or fulfillment errors. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.Chargebacks and payment disputes filed without first contacting us at shop@domainziply.com are considered a violation of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with full order documentation, including proof of shipment and tracking information.

8. Intellectual Property All original content, designs, and graphics created by ProJersey Hub are our intellectual property. All team names, logos, and league marks referenced or displayed are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any team or league intellectual property. All designs are intended for fan and team use only.
