3. Products Jerseys are shipped from available inventory. If your selected item is out of stock, it will be produced prior to shipment. Product colors may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person or jurisdiction at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to verify.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Order Confirmation & Processing Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order is deemed accepted and processing begins immediately. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. In cases of suspected fraud or risk, we reserve the right to hold or cancel an order and notify the customer.

6. Shipping We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defects or fulfillment errors. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property All original content, designs, and graphics created by ProJersey Hub are our intellectual property. All team names, logos, and league marks referenced or displayed are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any team or league intellectual property. All designs are intended for fan and team use only.
