In-Stock Jerseys We carry a wide selection of ready-to-ship jerseys across three sport categories — American Football, Hockey, and Baseball — available in various styles, sizes, and colors. These items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.


Custom Jersey Orders Custom jerseys are made to order based on your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or a sizing discrepancy caused by us. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


How to Initiate a Return To begin a return, please contact us at alexandraosborne6619@outlook.com to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom/personalized jerseys (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges For in-stock items, to exchange for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return has been approved. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.


EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, for any reason, provided the item is returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.


Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
